Vitality Fresh Juice marks the first brick-and-mortar location for owners Dean Rahman and Laly Leiva, who officially opened the 750-square-foot space this past weekend—undeterred by ablustery winter snowstorm. The thoughtfully designed interior features a bold chalkboard-black backdrop that highlights the vivid colors of fresh produce,from citrus and leafy greens to ginger root and red beets. A large,refrigerated display case features organic fruits and vegetables, alongside curated healthy snacks, energy foods, and convenient grab-and-go beverages.

All juices are made fresh on-siteusing 100% organic ingredients. Signature offerings include Living Beet (beets, red apple, ginger, pineapple), Flush (cucumber, celery, lemon, ginger), and the SoNo Blend (orange, pineapple, strawberry, raspberry, cayenne). Protein-forward blends such as E.Y.E. (Elevate Your Energy)—madewith banana, peanut butter, almond milk, honey, and vanilla protein—and PowerPress—featuring blueberry, almond butter, collagen, oat milk, honey, andstrawberry protein—offer functional fuel for busy lifestyles.
