SONO 1420 Distillery Presents Live Music Series
“Acoustic SoNo” to Feature the Area’s Most Talented Local Musicians
March- June, Fridays, 6-8 PM

February 28, 2025, Norwalk, CT: Since opening its distillery andtasting room in 2019 in the coastal city of South Norwalk, CT, SONO 1420, America’s Maritime Distillery, a veteran-owned and operated company, has earneda stellar reputation for producing double gold award-winning whiskey (SanFrancisco World Spirits Competition), “Top 100 Spirits” vodkas (Wine Enthusiast2024), ready-to-drink cocktails, innovative Threesome Ready-to-Mix Cocktails, and botanical gins. Starting in March, SONO 1420 will add live music to their Tasting Room activities with their Acoustic SoNo entertainment series featuring local talent from throughout Connecticut.  Comedy shows will also be added to the SONO 1420 event calendar, with the first show scheduled for April 12. The show is produced by Don’t Tell Comedy and takes place in the Distillery.

Acoustic SoNo ends the work week and kicks off the weekend on a high note with the perfect combination of great drinks, a lite bites menu, live music, and gatherings with friends and family. The robust music schedule includes a wide variety of styles and genres performed by the area’s most talented musicians/singers/songwriters.

The SoNo 1420 Tasting Room, an extension of the distillery where everything is produced and packaged in-house, is known for its whiskey flight tastings and craft cocktail offerings created by mixologist Blake Poon. Local CT wine, beer, and the distillery’s new lite bites menu round out the bar offerings. Private events, distillery tours, and SONO 1420’s retail shop continue to attract locals and visitors alike.
