‍Hemp-Derived THC Beverage Market
The market for THC-infused beverages in Connecticut—mirroring national trends—has grown significantly, with sales rising from $102 million in 2023 to $382 million in 2024 (source: Brightfield Group).  As of July 1, 2024, Connecticut regulations require that THC-infused beverages contain less than 3 milligrams (mg) of total THC per container, with a minimum container size of 12 fluid ounces. Sales are limited to licensed cannabis retail establishments and package stores that have obtained a waiver.
